The following services are covered by this contract, the details of which are set out in the Special Specifications and in the Technical-Illustrative Report:

a) Production of meals, preparation of breakfasts and snacks, as well as related hotel activities in the kitchens of the Residence and Retirement Homes

b) Production of meals and related hotel activities at the kitchen of the "La Cava" Residential Social Rehabilitation Center.

c) Production of meals at the assignee's production center with packaging and transport, at the elderly day centers

d) Production of meals at the assignee's production center with packaging and transport, to the educational centers located at the "Ermanno Dossetti" Village.
