The agreement includes daily and periodic internal cleaning and periodic window cleaning at the Copenhagen Business Academy's 5 different departments.

It should be noted that the individual sites are individually very different in relation to both the physical framework and the actual local uses. The departments are thus of very different sizes and very different subjects are taught. The tenderer is encouraged to obtain information on the different types of study programs via the Copenhagen Business Academy website.

In addition to agreed fixed benefits, the contract includes the following options, which the Copenhagen Business Academy may opt out or opt out of during the entire contract period:

- The Copenhagen Business Academy has an option to extend the agreement for 2 x 12 months. The maximum duration of the agreement is thus 5 years ("Option 1"),

- The Copenhagen Business Academy may withdraw all or part of one or more sections of the agreement up to a maximum of 25% of the total contract size measured in DKK. ("Option 2"),

- If the Copenhagen Business Academy is required to purchase extraordinary cleaning, window cleaning or other services at existing premises covered by the agreement, the Copenhagen Business Academy may use this option. The option can be exercised either on an hourly or on a task basis ("Option 3"),

- If the building mass of the Copenhagen Business Academy changes, the Copenhagen Business Academy may purchase cleaning, window polishing or services for execution at locations other than those stated in the tender material ("Option 4").
