The target of the acquisition is a purchase service complementing the City of Helsinki's own home care (home service and home health care). The home care service supports the client's self-reliance and enables safe home living. Customers require home care and / or home health care as a service in Swedish, according to their individual circumstances. The acquisition covers the entire Helsinki area.
The target groups of the competition are:
Part 1 south service area and
Part 2 west service area.
Part 1 of the service area for the south is also required to service customers in the east and part 2 of the service for the west is for the customers in the north. Service providers may provide service to part 1 south and / or part 2 west. A Service Provider may, in principle, become the selected Service Provider for only one (1) procurement target group.
