the purpose of this contract is to entrust a Service Provider with the provision of public passenger transport services, by river shuttle (water bus), within the urban transport perimeter of the Eurometropolis of Metz between the city center of Metz and the municipality of Moulins-Lès-Metz on the Moselle. The services to be provided correspond to regular public transport services, with fixed routes and schedules, without prior reservation by passenger customers.
