Project management assistance contract (AMO) for the reconfiguration operation of the EHPAD of the Morteau Hospital Centre.

The task of the contracting assistant, limited to a general assistant of an administrative, financial and technical nature to the contracting authority, will be carried out on the various chronological phases of the operation according to the units.

—— assistance during the works phase until the guarantee of perfect completion of the work;

—— assistance in the drawing up of insurance contracts “Damage and works ECD”;

—— assistance during the choice of companies;

—— assistance in monitoring work and settlement of undertakings;

—— assistance in the delivery of the works;

—— assistance in receiving operations;

—— Assistance during perfect completion guarantee.
