Creative agency

The purpose of this framework agreement is to select a creative communication agency in order to support the Solidaris mutual fund in carrying out several communication campaigns, for a period of twelve months, renewable three times for the same period. and starting on 1.4.2021.

This framework agreement is made up of two lots and is structured as follows:

- lot 1: support in carrying out multimedia campaigns;

- lot 2: support in carrying out campaigns with digital support.

These campaigns can have two different intentions:

1) or communicate on the institutional identity of Solidaris;

2) or communicate on one or more products / advantages offered by Solidaris.

Once the nature of the communication campaign has been defined, it will be undertaken to define a detailed briefing within the framework of each campaign.

The communication objective is, on the one hand, to build and strengthen the identity and positioning of Solidaris and, on the other hand, to promote the products it offers to its affiliates.

The two lots of this framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of three successful bidders and executed:

- for lot 1, without reopening of competition, by means of a cascade and this, in accordance with article 43 § 5 1 ° of law 17.6.2016 [see point III.8) of the special specifications]) ;

- for lot 2, with reopening of competition, in accordance with article 43 § 5 2 ° of law 17.6.2016 [see point III.9) of the special specifications].
