The subject of the order is the delivery of 3D Educational Applications and the provision of Educational Content within the framework of the project “Digital School Wielkopolsk@ 2020”.
The subject as a whole consists of two essential parts:
a. Subject A concerning 3D Educational Applications that will be provided and then used by the schools covered by the Project
b. Subject B includes the provision and provision of Educational Content

b. Subject B includes the provision and provision of Educational Content
The purpose of the order is to implement the object of the contract, consisting of Subject A and Subject B, in accordance with all the Requirements of the Ordering Party, resulting in providing the glass participating in the Project with modern educational tools in the form of 3D Educational Applications and Providing Educational Content constituting a content for the System for remote learning provided by the Ordering Authority to schools in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship
Subject A with its scope includes:
a. providing 3D Educational Applications,
b. support for schools in installing and implementing 3D Educational Applications,
c. granting a license to use 3D Educational Applications - Subject A License,
d. conducting instruction for teachers,
e. providing Service Support for the delivered 3D Educational Applications,
f. to provide warranties and guarantees for 3D Educational Applications.
Subject B in its scope includes:
a. making the Educational Content available to the Ordering Party together with their introduction (import) to the System and to the Ordering Party's Infrastructure,
b. granting a license for Educational Content (content to the System) License Subject B,
c. conducting training on the principles and manner of using the Educational Content,
d. providing Service Support for the Educational Content provided,
e. to provide warranties and guarantees for the Educational Content provided.
