Competition between the City of Kouvola and Asunnot Oy of Kouvola, which will result in the agreement of the electricity seller's margins and the terms of the contract. The final invoice price for electric energy shall be determined in accordance with the price fixes for the contractual period.

The customer purchases electricity produced by either free production or renewable energy sources of their choice. The tender will result in only one (1) contract.
