The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Żurawica Commune in 2023. 2. As part of the contract, the Contractor will provide comprehensive services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste, both mixed and collected in a selective manner, regardless of weather conditions from the area of the Żurawica Commune from all inhabited properties and from public utility facilities of the Żurawica Municipalities, (non-segregated municipal waste collected in KP7 containers and in bags) (segregated municipal waste collected in containers and bags).

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the Municipality of Żurawica in 2023 2. As part of the contract, the Contractor will provide comprehensive services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste, both mixed and collected in a selective manner, regardless of weather conditions from the area of the Żurawica Commune from all inhabited properties and from public utility facilities of the Żurawica Municipalities, (non-segregated municipal waste collected in KP7 containers and in bags) (segregated municipal waste collected in containers and bags). 3. The collection and management of municipal waste shall be carried out in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery are achieved by other methods and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste is reduced. Mixed municipal waste, bio-waste and sorting residues intended for storage should be transferred to municipal installations included in the list of municipal installations functioning and planned for construction, extension or modernization in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, referred to in Article 38b of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended). 4. All vehicles collecting and transporting waste must meet at least the EURO 4 emission standards according to the European exhaust emission standard, the supply of containers and bags for municipal waste to property owners and the maintenance of containers in an appropriate sanitary and technical condition. 5. All activities should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with: - the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699) - the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297) - the Act of 27 April 2001 on Environmental Protection Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1973) - Resolution No. XXV/188/20 of the Żurawica Commune Council of 21 August 2020 in on the adoption of the "Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Żurawica" - Resolution No. XXV/189/20 of the Żurawica Commune Council of 23 July 2020 on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing municipal waste collection and management services in exchange for a fee paid by the owner of the property for municipal waste management - Regulation of the Minister of the Environment on detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) - Work schedule of PSZOK in Wyszatyce. 6. The order also includes: - Collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Wyszatyce. - Cleaning and keeping clean and emptying containers at the Cyclists' Service Point in Bolestraszyce (opposite the Arboretum). - Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness and emptying containers (bags) at stadiums and sports facilities in the Żurawica Municipality. 7. The detailed scope and conditions of performance of the contract are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) - which is attached as Annex 9 to the SWZ
