1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 28 pieces of residential containers (manufactured in 2019) made in accordance with the operational and technical requirements constituting Annex 1 to the ToR and quality clauses - constituting an attachment to the general conditions of the contract.
2. The Awarding Entity intends to use the "option right". This means that the Purchaser may order items in quantities greater than those indicated in the tender, up to a maximum of 9 items at the prices on offer.
3. Under the contract, the contractor will provide free training for 40 people (10 people a day, four days a week) in the field of unfolding, folding, maintenance and safe handling of residential containers carried out at the container delivery site. The training must be carried out at the contract implementation stage.

3. Requirements for the subject of the contract:
1) The residential container is intended for equipping units as periodic social and living rooms. The container structure must be based on non-flammable or non-flammable materials, not dripping and not falling under the influence of fire or self-extinguishing approved for the construction of living quarters.
2) External dimensions - 20 foot container 1CC according to PN-ISO
668: 2018-05.
3) The container should be adapted to be placed in leveled unpaved terrain with a sandy or grassy ground (have a mechanism enabling stable leveling).
4) The container should be adapted for road, sea and air transport in a folded state (in a minimum of three layers) and be able to be reloaded using a forklift.
5) The container must meet the requirements contained in the following standards: PN-ISO 668: 2018-05; PN-ISO 830: 2001; PN-ISO 6346: 1999; PN-ISO 1161: 2018-05; PN-ISO 1496-1: 2018-06.
6) The offered products should be brand new and unused, non-regenerated and complete, meeting the quality requirements specified in the manufacturer's technical documentation for the given product. The Contractor shall issue warranty cards for traceable products (numbers, other traceability features). For products that do not have such features, the contractor provides a collective quality certificate or summary warranty card.
7) Products placed on the market that may pose a threat or serve to protect or save lives, health, property or the environment, are compulsorily subject to assessment of compliance with the essential requirements, technical specifications or a specific standard and are subject to CE marking in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the system for assessing compliance with on 30.8.2002 (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 155).
8) All products that are the subject of the order, also known as products, should be allowed to be marketed in Poland. The warranty period for a residential container and for all elements built-in or mounted there for a minimum of 24 months. Durability of internal and external varnish coatings minimum 5 years.
9) The subject of the contract should be delivered along with the original manufacturer's documents (record, quality certificate, etc.) confirming the fulfillment of the requirements of technical, production or relevant documentation.
10) Barcode marking:
a) The delivered containers are to be marked with a bar code in accordance with the requirements of Decision No. 3 / MON of the Minister of National Defense of 3 January 2014 on guidelines specifying the requirements for bar code marking of products delivered to the Ministry of National Defense (Official Journal of the Ministry of National Defense of 2014 item 11) hereinafter referred to as Decision 3 / MON.
b) The bar code (in the form of a permanent sticker) is to be placed from the inside in the upper right corner of the windscreen on each container.
c) In case of doubt, it is assumed that the container as a whole is marked, not its individual components or additional equipment.
d) The Contractor shall complete the Product Card, the template of which is set out in Annex 6 to Decision No. 3 / MON. The completed Product Data Sheet in electronic form (EXCEL format), the Contractor shall provide the Recipient with a minimum of 2 weeks before delivery of the containers.
