Vallentuna municipality invites to the procurement of framework agreements regarding successive deliveries of protective & workwear for both indoor and outdoor use to staff in operations for:

Föreskole/skol- personal

Kitchen and serving staff

LSS-Personal

Cleaning/Cleaning staff

Health and social care professionals

More operations within Vallentuna municipality may call off from this framework agreement.

Number of suppliers

Vallentuna municipality will adopt one (1) supplier.

Evaluation- award of contracts

After the opening of the tender, an evaluation takes place in three stages:

Step 1: Qualification phase, involves a check of the supplier. Step 2: Evaluation of the tenders. The Ska requirements are met and control of samples and commercial terms / draft agreements are accepted. Step 3: Award of contracts, according to the specified evaluation principle lowest price, see Appendix 2, Evaluation criteria.

A contracting authority may allow obvious typos, miscalculations or any other manifest error in the tender to be corrected. Contracting authorities may also allow the tender to be clarified and supplemented if it can be done without the risk of differential treatment or restriction of competition.
