1.The object of the order is the reconstruction of the road viaduct over the PKP tracks within the district road DP7605S in the street of Polish Army in Sosnowiec. The investment includes the demolition of the existing viaduct and the construction of a new viaduct in the form of a steel arch span with a pit ride, separately for the road and tram section.

2.A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3.The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the funds he intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to him.

4.The required warranty period for the entire item of the order is 60 months.

Reconstruction of the road viaduct over the PKP tracks in the course of the Polish Army street in Sosnowiec.

1.The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract pursuant to Article 214 (1) (7) of the Pzp Act to replicate similar works.

2.The scope of the similar order includes: engineering industries: demolition, construction of a new facility; roads and tram tracks; tram traction network; cable lines providing the catenary; medium-voltage electricity networks and street lighting networks; gas networks; networks water supply; stormwater sewer networks; teletechnical networks.

3.The contract will possibly be awarded under the conditions laid down in the Law of Public Procurement Act in the mode of a free hand contract taking into account the following principles and pricing factors:

- for the valuation of the identity works with the basic contract, the calculation will take place on the basis of the prices indicated in the detailed valuation from the basic contract,

- construction works for which there is a lack of unit prices in the detailed valuation of works submitted by the Contractor should be measured by the detailed calculation method, drawn up on the basis of the survey book confirmed by the Supervisor of the works and the lowest rates applied, and overhead from the publishing house Sekocenbud for the quarter in which the contract change is made. If there are no prices in Sekocenbud publishing house, rates from purchase invoices or leases will be accepted, and no overhead will be added to the prices from these invoices.
