Båtsfjord kommune [municipality] has decided to change the school structure in the municipality and would like to co-locate the schools into one school in Båtsfjord. It has been decided to build on the site where Båtsfjord school is currently located.
A contractor will be engaged for the development and construction of Båtsfjord school with a sports and swimming facility.
To ensure good solutions, satisfied users and the best possible utilisation of competence, the contracting authority wants to prepare a preliminary project in cooperation with the contractor and consultants and architect.
The turnkey contractor with his organisation, consultants, contractors and suppliers, shall be responsible for all necessary engineering design in collaboration with the contracting authority.
This phase shall try to optimise the project as regards quality and solutions within the stipulated cost limit.
The aim is that at the end of the project development phase (Phase 1), the parties will be in agreement about the solution, completion deadline and price of the implementation phase (Phase 2). Phase 2 is basically regulated as an ordinary turnkey contract with the necessary adaptation for the chosen remuneration model.
The total gross area for the school project etc. is approx. 5 000 m
