NHS Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark CCGs, working together as the South East London Commissioning Alliance are seeking a provider that has the capability to provide a time limited resource to complete reviews of people receiving NHS Continuing Healthcare.

Under the National Framework for NHS continuing healthcare and NHS-funded nursing care people receiving NHS Continuing healthcare must be reviewed 3 months after they first become entitled to this service and annually thereafter.

Due to pressures on NHS continuing healthcare services in South East London, a backlog of these reviews has developed and the successful bidder will support South East London to comply with this requirement by completing up to 500 face-to-face clinical reviews of people receiving NHS continuing healthcare.

The CCGs anticipates that the maximum value over the 6 months period to be approximately (c250 000 GBP). The duration of the contract is 6 months. Bidders are required to submit bids for the 6 months period.
