The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of waste from the commune of Czernichów in 2020, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of waste from the commune of Czernichów in 2020, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 of the ToR. The subject of the order is:

- providing a service consisting in collecting and managing waste from owners of permanently resident real estate and from periodically inhabited real estate (real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes) from the commune of Czernichów;

- cleaning and management of waste from stops, squares, parking lots, other public places mentioned in point 2 and liquidation of "wild landfills";

- collection and management of waste from municipal cemeteries;

- collection and management of waste from the building of the Czernichów commune office;

- operating a selective waste collection point.

The scope of the contract includes:

Collecting the following types of waste collected selectively from property owners in the Czernichów commune: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, glass (colorless and colored) and glass packaging waste, biodegradable municipal waste, green waste, slag and ash from central heating boilers, unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, renovation and construction and demolition waste, waste tires, expired medicines other than those mentioned in 20 01 31, bulky waste collection campaigns, electrical and electronic equipment, used tires as well as renovation and construction and demolition waste: clothing and textiles, conducting 2 collections during the contract period (in April and October) from the areas of permanently inhabited real estate and periodically inhabited real estate, large-scale waste , including furniture, waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste tires and renovation and construction waste on the Purchaser's notification on the date agreed with it. The contractor will weigh this waste or otherwise specify its amount, which will be noted in the qualitative and quantitative records of the waste received. Utilization of collected municipal waste will take place as follows:

Forwarding unsorted (mixed) municipal waste collected from property owners directly to the municipal installation of Beskid Żywiec sp. Z o.o. Kabaty 2, 34-300 Żywiec, POLAND, entered on the list kept by the voivodship marshal. Forwarding of separately collected municipal waste collected from property owners directly or through another waste collector to the waste recovery and disposal installation referred to in art. 20 clause 2 of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste.

Frequency of service from permanently and periodically inhabited real estate: Constantly inhabited: mixed waste (ballast) - twice a month according to the schedule, segregated waste (glass, paper, plastic, metals) - twice a month according to the schedule, waste biodegradable, kitchen waste and green (garden) waste - twice a month according to the schedule, slag from furnaces during the heating period, i.e. from 1.10 to 30.4 - twice a month according to the schedule, from 1.5 to 30.9 - 1 time in month.

Periodically inhabited real estate: waste listed in item 5.1 in accordance with the deadline set out in the schedule and from 1.5 to 30.9 every Monday after prior telephone notification to the Contractor. The contractor will collect municipal waste based on the waste collection schedule.
