The services provided by the contract concern the replacement of 40 caissons intended for the compaction of waste from door-to-door collections of the LHSM (Urban Community Le Havre Seine Métropole). This new procedure is initiated following the decision of the contracting authority dated 12.7.2018 to declare the contract unsuccessful for lack of success (reference to the initial contract notice published in BOAMP 19-85530).
