Planning services for electrical engineering for the general renovation of the sports hall including changing rooms, sanitary and group rooms

The city of Nuremberg, as the school authority, intends to completely renovate component D of the BBZ in Nuremberg.

The main elements of the renovation are measures on the building envelope (roof, façade, windows), the upgrading of all structurally relevant components and structural fire protection, the renewal of all sports floors and ceiling cladding in the gymnasiums with equipment and technical rooms, the renewal and, if necessary, rescheduling of all changing rooms, sanitary and group rooms as well as the renewal of the electrical, heating, ventilation and sanitary installations. It can be assumed that most of the building materials used are contaminated with pollutants. A pollutant report is prepared in advance.

High demands are placed on the planning in terms of the timing of construction and economic efficiency.

Electrical engineering

Power is supplied from the existing low-voltage main distribution system in the basement.

The connection for telecommunications is already available in the existing building.

Photovoltaic system

A PV system is to be planned on the roof of the sports hall (approx. 100kVA peak).

safety lighting system

At the present time, there is no fire protection concept available.

For the escape and rescue routes, emergency and information lights in state-of-the-art LED technology are to be provided.

In principle, only energy-saving LED lights may be used.

Low voltage main distribution

For the entire building, there is currently an existing low-voltage main distribution system in the basement. The new main distribution is to be fed into the existing NSHV.

The control cabinets of the NSHV are to be set up as floor-standing distributors to accommodate the circuit breaker of the fuse disconnectors and the associated measuring equipment.

distributions

All sub-distributions should be assigned to the respective supply areas in order to avoid long cable lengths.

The risers are to be laid in riser routes, cable tracks, etc.

The distribution boards are equipped according to the electrical systems and requirements of the individual technology areas. In addition, bus components such as switching actuators, blind actuators, power supply, etc. are to be used for control tasks in the distribution systems.

The cable installation is to be carried out u.P. or in false ceilings or in parapet/floor tiles. The main installation routes of the electrical routes are to be located in the rooms of the respective floors. In addition, the cable trays can be covered with fire protection where it is needed.

Surge protector

For the surge protection of the high-voltage system, lightning current and voltage arresters must be provided.

The lightning current arresters as coarse protection are to be installed in the main distribution system of the building. In addition, all sub-distributions are to be equipped with surge protection elements.

installation

Technical rooms are to be installed on plaster by means of clamps, pipes or cable ducts. The flush-mounted installation can be carried out directly in the wall/ceiling or in the pipe.

Switches and buttons are to be planned using conventional technology with matching sockets and device junction boxes. The installation equipment in the sports hall must be designed to be impact-resistant.

Flush-mounted devices are to be planned with screw fastening.

The switch range should be selected in such a way that all components, including telephone, EDP, etc., are available in the same design.

Lighting systems

For the planning of the lighting systems, the "Instructions for indoor lighting with artificial light in public buildings" (Lighting 2006) as well as DIN 12464 and DIN 5035 are to be applied.

All minimum illuminances must be determined by means of light calculation programs.

Impact-resistant LED lights are to be planned in the sports hall.

Lightning protection

The building is to be equipped with a lightning protection and earthing system in accordance with the lightning protection zone concept.

Equipotential bonding

In order to eliminate potential differences (e.g. between the protective conductor of the high-voltage system and water pipes, ventilation systems or between the pipes with each other), equipotential bonding in accordance with VDE 0190 must be planned in the building.

Selection and design of the conductors according to DIN VDE 0100, part 540.

Telephone system:

A telephone system with telephones is to be planned for the following areas:

-First aid rooms

-Sportlehrerkraftumkleiden

intercom:

A video intercom system must be planned for the following areas:

Bell system required for third-party use. Ringing at the main entrance of the sports hall wing with a bell button for each part of the hall separately, with video intercom system in each part of the hall and door opener (regularly located in the control panel in the baffle wall) as well as in the control room; Ring both audible and visual signal.

Time service systems:

In the sports hall, slave clocks are scheduled.

The individual slave clocks are connected to a quartz master clock.

Electroacoustic systems

A new PA system is to be planned in the sports hall. The new PA system will be connected to the existing PA system.

Loudspeakers must be scheduled at the necessary points for announcements.

Television and antenna system

It is assumed that no antenna sockets/systems are required

Hazard detection and alarm systems:

At the present time, there is no fire protection concept.

A fire alarm system is to be planned for full-surface protection.

Both with automatic detectors and push-button detectors for all exits and emergency exits.

RA systems:

External sun protection, motorized, automatically controlled, manually overridden, must be planned as sun protection.

Transmission networks:

The cabling and passive components must be provided for in the planning.

The network cabinets must be arranged in such a way that the maximum cable lengths are not exceeded.
