- ensure the safety of goods and people as well as the surveillance of the Christmas market of Montbéliard in order to prevent the risks of theft, fire, assault, intrusion, degradation and to enforce health measures. Form of contract: order forms with minimum and maximum. Award of a single market. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of one year, from 1.11.2021 until 2.11.2022. Total amount of services for the initial period of the framework agreement: period no. 1: minimum EUR 80,000.00 excluding VAT, maximum EUR 290,000.00 excluding VAT.
