The ISD Brabantse Wal (ISD BW) is a joint arrangement between the municipalities of Bergen op Zoom, Steenbergen and Woensdrecht, and carries out social security tasks for these municipalities.

Residents of Brabantse Wal municipalities with financial problems can turn to the social domain of the three municipalities for assistance with these problems (on the basis of the Municipal Debt Assistance Act).

With this tender, the contracting authority strives to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of debt assistance, and not all debt services (see the list of definitions in the descriptive document for the distinction between the concepts of debt assistance and debt services).

The contract is not divided into lots.
