The primary goal is to activate adolescents and young adults, to qualify them according to the respective need for action and thus to introduce them to the employment market. Activation and stabilization are supplemented by intensive socio-educational support.

The individual and holistic support of the participants should serve to stabilize and activate them on the job and training market. The target group is difficult to reach in the current system and does not have a qualification for training. In addition, there should be a supplement through placement in an employment subject to compulsory insurance with subsequent stabilization of the start of employment.
