Execution of a construction design and industry technical designs for the construction of a 1 MWt heat source based on a heat pump at the plant

The subject of the contract includes:

1) Before commencing design works, the Contractor shall agree with the Contracting Authority on the concepts of making a heat source based on a heat pump together with an accompanying installation (taking into account the provisions of the SWZ). For this purpose, the Contractor shall perform and present an analysis of the most effective variant of source construction meeting the requirements of the Contracting Authority described in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Design Guidelines, Chapter 5. Technological requirements. The scope of the analysis is described in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Design Guidelines, Chapter 4. Option of selecting the lower heat source and the number of units with a total capacity of 1 MWt. (2 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version),

2) preparation of a list / list of studies included in the set of submitted project documentation,

3) obtaining a map for design purposes and a basic map,

4) preparation of projects/drawings in the scope of inventory of existing buildings and infrastructure necessary to perform the construction project and technical designs (3 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version),

5) execution of a construction project in accordance with the local spatial development plan and a study of conditions and directions of spatial development, decisions on development conditions / decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment

(3 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version), together with all arrangements and permits, including obtaining a legally valid building permit / acceptance of notification of construction works,

6) execution of technical projects with calculations (3 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version), (construction and construction industry project, electrical industry design, m.in. in the field of modernization of transformer station and LV installation, i.e. lighting, power supply to low-voltage systems, etc., low-voltage industry projects m.in. fire alarm system - SSP, CCTV system, access control system - SKD, projects of the automation industry, m.in. in the field of work control heat sources and cooperation with the existing installation, work monitoring system, etc.),

7) execution of other studies necessary for implementation, such as a project of temporary traffic organization, inventory of greenery (along with obtaining a decision on felling trees / shrubs and indicating replacement plantings), project of construction of an access road, design solutions for collisions of utilities (e.g. with teletechnical, energy, heat, water supply, gas, with traffic control cables and others.) and with roads, geotechnical soil surveys, etc., with agreement in the opinion-giving bodies (e.g. ZDMiKP, Police, competent Department of the City of Bydgoszcz) in paper version in 2 copies and 1 copy in electronic version, attached to the construction project in the form of attachments,

8) preparation of a list of plots with a precinct map with the location of the installation - 1 copy in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version,

9) preparation of the investor's cost estimate (detailed and offer), bill of quantities - 1 copy in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version,

10) Preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works - 2 copies in paper version

and 1 copy in electronic version,

11) preparation of the Summary Statement of Costs of the investment task covering all costs of the investment task

12) obtaining (if required): conditions of connection to the power grid, decision on environmental conditions, including preparation of an information sheet / safety data sheet of the project, decision on development conditions, building permit, agreement of the authority issuing the conditions for connection to the power grid, decision on felling trees / shrubs and indication of replacement plantings, geotechnical opinion and other required documents

13) performing author's supervision.
