Herøy Municipality needs to procure trade services within construction work for maintenance/upgrades/renovation of municipal buildings and installations in accordance with the municipality's approved annual budget. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that will ensure access to such services for a period of up to 4 years. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for a further 2 years.

Typical work assignments will primarily be (the list is not exhaustive):

— various carpentry and brick/concrete work related to the maintenance/upgrade/renovation of municipal buildings and installations;

— indoor and outdoor painting work;

— delivery and installation of flooring (all types of flooring including tiling);

— both major and minor redecorating and maintenance assignments on municipal buildings, based on the municipality's annual budget.
