As part of the CSG-NG project to modernize the Kourou launch base, CNES will redesign its processes, modernize its technical facilities and implement a new information system to maintain all the facilities of the base in operational condition.

The Transverse Digital Base (SNT) is one of the components of the CNG-NG:

• Phase 1: Architecture / Middleware (call for tenders in progress, sent on 29/04/22)

• Phase 2: maintenance + asset management (CMMS).

The call for tenders concerns phase 2. Phase 1 is mentioned as a reminder and to understand all the objectives of the SNT project and the interfacing of the CMMS.

This part of the SNT project focuses on phase 2: CMMS

o Support on the optimization of business processes, on the choice of architecture, sizing of tools,

o Implementation of SNT services: asset management and CMMS maintenance (Installation and configuration of the COSWIN software solution),

o Deployment and configuration of service solutions, (coordination with business processes)

o Creation of workflows

The benefits will be as follows:

• Project management (in Agile mode), visit of the contractor's site to collect the information necessary for the studies so that he presents the solutions he proposes,

• Work in Agile mode,

• Proposal and realization of backlogs, including securing the safety level, in accordance with the EPIC specifications (study, development and supply of the SNT system) taking into account the MMF* target,

• Installation, site validation and technical qualification of the assembly. (The holder will be responsible for the validation of the supplies in interface with the CNES/CSG equipment)

• Training of farm staff (objective: autonomy)

* MMF (Minimum Marketable Feature) :

• Provide functional services of the SNT,

• Deploy these services in use,

• Training of business users & administrators

Group 1: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Sweden: MIN 60% - MAX 100%.

Group 2: Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, Switzerland: MIN 0 - MAX 30%
