The purpose of this contract is to draw up the 2nd CIVIS Progress Contract

This 2nd Progress Contract will of course have to be part of the continuation of a process of co-construction and collective intelligence.

CIVIS wishes to develop its 2nd Progress Contract in a process of continuous improvement, by evolving the document towards reinforced dimensions in terms of:

- Ecosystem approach and comprehensive and integrated water management,

- Definition of an interdepartmental project for small and large water cycles / Gemapi / Biodiversity / Environment

- Shared governance
