Underground waste containers (OACs) are used by the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch as a means of collecting waste, mainly in (large) urban areas with many high-rise buildings.
The Waste Service places these containers at locations where the regular policy is difficult to implement, for example in the city centre. Containers are also placed at the request of developers, housing associations and owners' associations.
