The object of the procurement is a maintenance service for traffic light equipment at traffic light-controlled junctions. Maintenance covers a total of 17 traffic light junctions controlled by a control device, which are located in the regions of the cities of Tornio and Kemijärvi, as well as the municipalities of Keminmaa and Sodankylä, in the province of Lapland. The key tasks included in the maintenance service are fault emergency services, fault monitoring, fault investigations and repairs, repairs of traffic accidents, periodic inspection and maintenance rounds of equipment, maintenance of traffic light documentation and other expert tasks related to traffic lights. In addition, the Service Provider is responsible for maintaining the spare parts inventory. Within the framework of the maintenance service, renovation work on traffic light equipment can be carried out.
