1) The subject of the order is the sale with the delivery of 450 electronic nutrition cards for employees of the Wieliczka Salt Mine entitling the purchase of preventive meals, meal preparation products and soft drinks (hereinafter: “card” or “card” nutrition”) as well as provide card service (hereinafter: “item of order”).
2) The subject of the order includes:
1) the value of vouchers posted on nutrition cards, which will amount to a maximum of PLN 3,036,000,00 during a period of 24 months;
2) support for nutrition cards.

2) The subject of the order includes:
1) the value of vouchers posted on nutrition cards, which will amount to a maximum of PLN 3,036,000,00 during a period of 24 months;
2) support of nutrition cards;
3) The Contracting Authority undertakes to order the Contractor to supply the object of the contract referred to in point 2, with a minimum value of PLN 1 821 600,00, i.e. 60% of the value referred to in paragraph 2 (1). The contractor's order for delivery of the remainder 40% of the contract subject value PLN 1 214 400,00, will depend from the needs of the Ordering Party (option right).
4. The funds booked on the Charter may only be intended for payment for the purchase of prepared meals or foodstuffs and soft drinks for the preparation of preventive meals and may not be charged for other purposes, in particular related to the service of Charter such as remuneration for a bank or financial institution.
5) Nutrition cards will be accepted by at least 3 food outlets within the administrative boundaries of Wieliczka city.
6. In the event that the point indicated in the list of food outlets ceases to accept the Charter, the Contractor shall be obliged to indicate in writing another point accepting the Charter within no more than 1 month.
