In execution of C.C. Resolution no. 13 of 28.03.2023, the concession has as its object the management, assessment and collection of the property fee for the occupation of public land, advertising display including the material posting of posters, pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 816 et seq. of Law 160/2019, and the new concession fee for the occupation of areas and spaces belonging to the state property or unavailable assets intended for markets pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 837 et seq. of Law 160/2019 in compliance with the relevant municipal regulations and current sector legislation.
