The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends 36 months after the award of the contract.
If a contractual partner does not give notice of termination up to six weeks before the end of the contract, the contract term shall be extended by a further 12 months. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is 48 months.
The Client assures the Contractor of the acceptance of the following purchase quantities. These are to be used as the basis for the calculation:
Binding purchase quantity (entire contract period):
- 15,200 pieces of undershirt short sleeve
- 17.600pieces undershirt long sleeve
- 3,500 women's underpants
- 9,300 men's underpants
Non-binding purchase quantity (entire contract period):
- 11,000 pieces of shirt short sleeve
- 11,400 pieces of shirt long sleeve
- 2,100 pieces of women's underpants
- 6,100 underpants men
The maximum purchase quantity during the term of the contract shall be:
- 26,200 pieces undershirt short sleeve
- 29,000 pieces of shirt long sleeve
- 5,600 pieces of women's underpants
- 15,400 pieces of underpants men

Initial delivery
The scope of supply for the first delivery in 2023 after the award is:
- 3,000 pieces undershirt short sleeve
- 3,200 pieces of shirt long sleeve
- 750 pieces of underpants women
- 1,750 pieces of underpants men
The notification of the size allocation takes place when the individual orders (orders) are placed, for the first delivery it will be transmitted in good time after acceptance.
The Contractor shall only be entitled to the acceptance of the binding, contractually agreed purchase quantities.
The quantities mentioned in excess of this are estimated demand figures. The Contractor shall not be entitled to purchase this non-binding quantity.
