It is in this context that Troyes Champagne Métropole wishes to undertake a second phase of work which will focus on the modernisation of the 4 historic waste collection centres. As a reminder, the first phase of work concerned the implementation of access control and replacement of the fences of TCM's waste collection centres

Mission Elements:

As such, the contract holder will be entrusted with the following tasks: ep, avp, pro, act, visa, opc, det, Aor.

In addition, the candidate will be entrusted with the following additional tasks:

- Complementary mission no. 1 (Mc1): Preparation of the ICPE modification declaration file (Icpe).

-Complementary mission no. 2 (MC2): Realization of geotechnical specifications (Geotech)

- Complementary mission no3 (MC3): Preparation of a regulatory file for the attention of the State services, such as the Water Law (Reg) file

-Complementary mission no. 4 (MC4): Preparation of a prior declaration or development permit file (DP or Da).

- Lot no. 4: Project management for the modernisation of the La-Chapelle-Saint-Luc waste collection centre,

This consultation concerns only lots 2 to 5. Lot 1 is the subject of a separate consultation.

Pursuant to Article R2113-1 of the French Public Procurement Code, economic operators may bid for the 4 lots concerned.

The 4 lots referred to above may be awarded to one and the same economic operator.

For each lot, the public contract is broken down into 8 phases defined as follows:

-Phase 1: PE - preliminary studies

-Phase 2: AVP - Preliminary Project

-Phase 3: PRO - Project Studies

-Phase 4: ACT - assistance in the awarding of works contracts

-Phase 5: VISA - vISA of Execution Studies

-phase 6: OPC - scheduling, management and coordination of the site

-Phase 7: DET - management of the execution of the works contract

-Phase 8: AOR - assistance during acceptance operations

For each lot, the public project management contract will be concluded in the form of an ordinary contract and will be dealt with at provisional prices.
