It is in this context that Troyes Champagne Métropole wishes to undertake a second phase of work which will focus on the modernisation of the 4 historic waste collection centres. As a reminder, the first phase of work concerned the implementation of access control and replacement of the fences of TCM's waste collection centres

The 4 lots referred to above may be awarded to one and the same economic operator.
For each lot, the public contract is broken down into 8 phases defined as follows:

-Phase 2: AVP - Preliminary Project
-Phase 3: PRO - Project Studies
-Phase 4: ACT - assistance in the awarding of works contracts
-Phase 5: VISA - vISA of Execution Studies
-phase 6: OPC - scheduling, management and coordination of the site
