The target of the procurement is expert services in service design. The experts will support Traficom's application development teams and business. The object of the procurement is described in Appendix 1 of the invitation to tender, Description of the object of procurement.

The contracting entity selects two (2) service providers with whom the contracting entity concludes a customer-specific agreement on the supply of resources. The contracting entity estimates that the total amount of expert resources to be procured per supplier during the contract period is:

1) The tenderer with the highest score in the tendering process - 960 htp

2) Bidder with the second highest score in the tendering process - 640 htp

There are requirements for specialists by role:

(a) Leading expert in business and service design

(b) Service Design Specialist

Experts are required to have the skills required in accordance with Annex 2 "Experts" of the call for tenders, depending on their role. As a minimum requirement, the supplier must appoint at least two (2) experts meeting the minimum requirements for each role.

The partner is expected to provide insight and support on the utilisation of customer-oriented operating culture and development expertise in the development work of the agency. The aim is to utilise the principles and methods of customer-oriented development in a versatile way in the development of services, processes and digital services.
