Specification for the appointment of a Northern Ireland climate change adaptation development and support service to Climate Northern Ireland.

The Contractor shall deliver services under the following themes:

(a) Theme 1: Advice and support functions for Climate Northern Ireland;

(b) Theme 2: Climate change adaptation information gathering and sharing;

(c) Theme 3: Climate change adaptation engagement and capacity building; and

(d) Theme 4: Developing the adaptation evidence base from the Climate Change Risk Assessment (CCRA) for Northern Ireland.
