1.1 The purpose of this procurement

The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall implement extensive development work of renewing the register systems. Several roles at the BRsys (Brønnøysund Register Centre System project) project shall be filled shortly after the main project has been initiated.

The aim of the competition is to establish framework agreements for consultancy services related to system development in the project (service area development competence). The scope is extensive and will require expertise in several fields. The need for assistance will be consultancy services in the form of minor continual development assignments, but there will also be larger system development assignments by using target price (flexible development).

The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for competence areas under the service area developer competence, see chapter 2.4.1.

Tenderers must qualify for all 3 roles as stated in chapter 2.4.1. It is, thus, not possible to qualify for the roles individually. This is because tenderers must be able to provide the best possible complete team. The types of framework agreements that will be used will be in the tender documentation and the actual framework agreements, cf. FOSA chapter 6.
