-To provide appropriate community based alternatives to acute hospital care
-To provide a “one stop” service that can incorporate diagnostic testing and treatment during a single visit (where appropriate)
-To provide a gynaecology service that is responsive to the needs of the Birmingham South Central CCG patient population.
-Improved health outcomes through earlier diagnosis and treatment of common gynaecology conditions
-Deliver high levels of patient satisfaction through the commissioning of redesigned services that act on patient feedback
-Reduced DNA's for outpatient appointments by provision of a more local service
