RES installation of air heat pumps (16 sets) and ground heat pumps (9 sets) for the needs of single-family residential buildings in the area of the Rędziny Commune and obtaining all arrangements, opinions and decisions required in accordance with the current construction law

-Execution of all construction and installation works according to the developed projects, consisting in the delivery and assembly of 102 sets. RES sets of photovoltaic panel installations for the needs of residential buildings and connection to the existing electrical installation in order to cooperate with the system along with providing a guarantee for the works performed and the materials delivered and installed.

-4.2.1.3 The scope of construction works includes the construction of RES installations (photovoltaic installations), which includes:

-photovoltaic modules with a capacity of min. 270 Wp with a year of manufacture not older than 2022,

-power optimizers,

-supporting structures,

-inwertery (falowniki),

-Wiring

-zabezpieczenie AC and DC,

other equipment necessary to connect the photovoltaic system to the electrical installation of the building.

Minimum parameters of photovoltaic panels - specified from LTCs (annex no. 12a to SWZ).

RES installation of air heat pumps (16 sets) and ground heat pumps (9 sets) for the needs of single-family residential buildings in the area of the Rędziny Commune and obtaining all arrangements, opinions and decisions required in accordance with the current construction law.

-Execution of all construction and installation works according to the developed projects, consisting in the delivery and assembly of 25 sets. installation of air heat pumps (16 sets) and ground heat pumps (9 sets) for the needs of residential buildings and connection to the existing installation in order to cooperate with the system along with providing a guarantee for the works performed and the materials delivered and installed.

-The scope of construction works includes the implementation of RES installations (air heat pump installations), which include:

-air compressor heat pump with automation, foundation and condensate drainage system,

-heat buffer,

-heat meter, electricity meter,

-hot water tank;

-connection of the pump to existing installations in the building (water, DHW, el. installation);

other installation accessories,

-tests and commissioning.

Minimum parameters of compressor air heat pumps air-to-water type - specified from LTC (appendix no. 12b to SWZ).

-The scope of construction works includes the implementation of RES installations (installation of ground heat pumps), which includes:

-ground heat pump with automation year of production not older than 2021,

-heat buffer,

-heat meter, electricity meter,

-hot water tank;

-ground heat exchanger;

-manifold manhole;

-connection of the pump to existing installations in the building (water, DHW, el.),

other installation accessories,

-tests and commissioning.
