This Contract is for the construction of a new Post Primary School at Steeple Road, Antrim. The new school will be a 2 storey school complex with a gross internal floor area of circa 11 700 m² within single site including the provision of replacement playing fields (2 football and 1 rugby pitch) on the site of the existing Parkhall Junior School building, a new synthetic pitch, and 5 new tennis courts. The new facility will provide full post primary education provision across the entire age spectrum (11-16 years). (As detailed in the PQQ documentation on the e-sourcing portal).
