The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction and assembly works aimed at connecting the building located at 182 Gliwicka Street in Katowice to the heating network - as part of the project entitled: "Elimination of low emissions in selected cities of the Silesian-Dąbrowa agglomeration", which is part of the "Low Emission Elimination Program in the Silesian-Dąbrowa Conurbation" through the delivery of equipment and the implementation of construction and assembly works in the field of: connection construction heating, heat substation, connection module without central heating heat meter and central heating heat meter in accordance with the design documentation and handing over the facility to the Ordering Party for use.

The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction and assembly works aimed at connecting the building located at 182 Gliwicka Street in Katowice to the heating network - as part of the project entitled: "Elimination of low emissions in selected cities of the Silesian-Dąbrowa agglomeration", constituting part of the "Low Emission Elimination Program in the Silesian-Dąbrowa Conurbation" (hereinafter also the Facility) in the scope of: construction of a heating connection, heat node, connection module without a central heating heat meter and a central heating heat meter, including through the delivery of equipment, in accordance with the design documentation and handing over the Facility to the Ordering Party for use. The procedure is part of the contracts for the execution of construction and assembly works for the implementation of connections of new facilities to the heating network under the project entitled "Elimination of low emissions in selected cities of the Silesian and Dąbrowa agglomeration", which is part of the "Program for the elimination of low emissions in the Silesian-Dąbrowa conurbation". The total value of these proceedings exceeds EUR 5 382 000.00.

A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is set out in the Draft Agreement (Annex 3 to the SWZ), in particular by: The scope of the Subject of the Agreement (Annex No 1 to the Project Agreement) and the Technical Documentation (Annex No 2 to the Project Agreement).

The connection to the facility will be made from the heating network currently under construction for the building at 209 and 180-180a Gliwicka Street, the connection date of which is scheduled for 01.09.2023.

The contractor will be obliged to cooperate in its implementation with the Contractor of the heating network mentioned in the previous sentence.

Required terms:

heat application: until 16.10.2023;

handover of the room for the development of heat substations and connection modules: by 15.09.2023

Complete completion and final acceptance: by 31.10.2023.
