The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents, control materials and consumables intended for the detection of genetic material of viruses: RNA HCV, RNA HIV, DNA HBV in plasma pools and lease of two analytical systems (hereinafter: apparatus or analyzers) together with control systems necessary to perform the above-mentioned tests in order to release the donation and the possibility of archiving the tested material.

The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents, control materials and consumables intended for the detection of genetic material of viruses: RNA HCV, RNA HIV, DNA HBV in plasma pools and lease of two analytical systems (hereinafter referred to as apparatus or analyzers) together with control systems necessary to perform the above-mentioned tests in order to release for donation and the possibility of archiving the tested material. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 1 and 2 to the SWZ.

2. Delivery of the subject of the order to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź (in the location at Franciszkańska 17/25, 91-433 Łódź) will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor.

3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in Annexes 6 to the SWZ (Draft provisions of the contract).
