The acquisition concerns construction, renovation and repair of building automation systems, and programming related to hourly billing.
The assignments covered by the framework agreement consist of maintenance and repair work on building automation systems or their parts, as well as renewal or construction work of systems or parts thereof, or programming work related to the renewal or construction of their parts. The aim is for the contract period to start in June 2023.
The assignments are completed and reports of the completed actions are recorded for the client in the client's service book system. The reports shall contain at least the following information: details of the site, the person performing the work, the time of the work, the systems and equipment laid down and the devices that control them, the deficiencies and inconveniences detected, and the repairs made and not made during the work.
If, in carrying out the task assigned to it, the tenderer finds that the repairs necessary for the functionality of the systems require measures that go beyond the original commission, the tenderer shall immediately submit a report on this, including repair proposals and a roof price estimate, to the customer before taking any action. The proposed correction must indicate which equipment (actuator, control, control room equipment, etc.) the proposed repair applies to and with which equipment the equipment in need of replacement is proposed to be replaced.
The equipment brands covered by the programming are indicated on the tender form in the section Criteria of the object of procurement. The client's fleet consists of the following brands Siemens, Trend, Fidelix, Ouman, Delta, Honeywell, Saia, Schneider and Computec.
