The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel – the supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E together with a distribution service. The forecast amount of gas fuel is 214 257 405 kWh (using a conversion factor of 11.4 m3). The above data are indicative. The estimated size of the subject of the contract was determined on the basis of historical data (previous consumption in facilities). The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in consumption. Reducing or increasing the amount of gas fuel does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (recipients), except for the need to pay for the actually consumed amount of gas and transmission services in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff.

5. DEADLINE FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT

Comprehensive delivery of gaseous fuel will be carried out in the period of:

Part 1 and part 2 orders from 01.01.2024r. to 31.12.2024r. with the reservation that deliveries to PPG Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej i Mieszkaniowej Sp. z o.o. in Kowalewo Pomorskie, under part 2 of the order, will start on 01.06.2024.

Part 3 and part 4 orders from 01.01.2025r. to 31.12.2025r.

The condition for starting comprehensive deliveries within the contractual deadlines will be the effective implementation of the procedure of changing the seller.

The contracting authority indicates the date of the contract by indicating a specific date of commencement and completion of the contract due to the need to maintain the continuity of supply and transmission of gas fuel to the facilities, as well as due to the provisions governing the procedure for changing the seller (the need to report the date of commencement and end of deliveries by a given contractor).
