Restoration service for the Coubert Rehabilitation Center.

The purpose of this contract is to define the services related to the restoration of:

- the purchase of all the foodstuffs and ingredients necessary for the preparation of meals, comprising the food day taken by the patients, the staff of the establishment, the trainees of the medico-social sector until its relocation to Lieusaint and the guests or visitors,

- the production of normal and diet meals,

- ordering meals,

- the routing of meals,

- the distribution of meals.

Meals are produced from an outsourced central kitchen according to the process thus defined:

- delivery in cold connection,

- reheating in oven for the central dining room and staff self,

Cold-processing for the trays distributed in temperature recovery trolleys in the care units.

This benefit also includes:

- the preparation of meals for persons subject to diet or adapted diet,

- snacks or snacks,

- festive meals,

- meals according to the way of life,

- themed meals,

- meals with special services,

- diabetic kits,

- the swallowing kits,

- picnics,

- breakfast allocations for the medico-social sector.
