The subject of the contract is the collection directly from the property, transport and management of municipal waste generated by the owners of residential real estate (households) and the collection of transport and management of waste from the stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste ("PSZOK") in the Poniatowa Commune.

4.2. Collection from real estate, transport and management of municipal waste generated by owners of real estate residing in the Poniatowa Commune and from "PSZOK": a) in the basic scope it is estimated about 3491.07 Mg according to the division: − 3 143.00 Mg – the amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party anticipates to be collected from the owners of real estate residing in the Poniatowa Commune during the contract execution period, − 348.07 Mg - the amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party anticipates to be collected from the stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point ("PSZOK") during the contract execution period, b) within the scope covered by the option right, it is estimated to increase the basic order to 10%, i.e. by a maximum of 349.11 Mg, according to the division: - for residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Poniatowa Commune by a maximum of 314.30 Mg - for a stationary Selective Collection Point Municipal Waste ("PSZOK") by a maximum of 34.81 Mg,
