The city development company Hansestadt Herford mbH is currently planning and realizing the largely empty buildings of the former Hammersmith barracks for long-term use by the University of Applied Sciences for Finance North Rhine-Westphalia (FHF NRW). Three of the buildings (houses 2, 3 and
