Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust is issuing this Invitation to tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement for inclusion in the Minor Works Framework 2018.

This Framework has been arranged by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust who will be the primary user; however, this Framework may also be accessed by Sussex partnership NHS Foundation Trust,

The Authority is looking to secure the services of up to 5 multi-discipline construction based Contractors required to cover the various requirements considered to be Minor works projects (generally up to 100 000 GBP).

Contractors should have previous experience and understanding of the constraints of working in the following types of establishments:

— Premises used for Mental Healthcare,

— Premises containing vulnerable or at risk persons,

— Premises used for General Healthcare,

— Seclusion Rooms,

— Secure Premises,

— Premises used as offices.

General Building Works (including, but not limited to: general repairs, alterations, decoration, carpentry, flooring, window installation, fencing, gates, road maintenance, path repairs, roofing etc.)
