See II.2.4
Object of these deliveries: Demolition and acquisition of 5 current RX rooms, as well as the delivery, installation (incl. any infrastructural adjustments), commissioning and the associated maintenance and training of 5 new digital RX rooms for the Medical Imaging department.
Explanation: The non-profit association Jan Yperman Hospital wishes to renew 5 current RX rooms and their accessories on its various campuses spread over 2 years 2023-2024, if this planning proves feasible for the tenderer. If it is no longer possible to start in 2023, all rooms must be implemented in phases as soon as possible in early 2024.
This replacement also includes the dismantling and acquisition of the current infrastructure and the provision of the necessary IT links to at least maintain the current way of working:
• Connection via cable to the hospital network (MAC address and TCP/IP configuration)
• DICOM couplings:
o DMWL: possibility to request a work list via a dicom modality worklist link.
o Archive: possibility to archive the images made to one (or more) PACS(s) via a dicom link.
A well-prepared and smooth implementation, a good follow-up and a solid after-sales service is required, in addition to offering training and annual evaluation moments.
