1. The subject of the contract is delivery along with assembly and development of design documentation for the comprehensive implementation of the investment task entitled "Air protection in the Municipality of Żychlin through the use of renewable energy sources on residential buildings - stage II". The task is to design and implement the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the installation:

− photovoltaic installations: 96 pcs.

− installation of solar collectors: 39 pcs.

− pellet boilers: 35 pcs.

of the size indicated in the statement beginning on page 2 of the PFU. This installation will produce heat and electricity for the own needs of the residential building for which it will be installed.

As part of the investment task, the Contractor shall submit to the Ordering Party:

− Construction project, if required

− Detailed design

− Project powykonawczy

The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts.

The subject of the contract is delivery and assembly along with the design of the photovoltaic installation. The system will include photovoltaic panels on the supporting structure, a DC/AC inverter and the necessary accessories.

The scope of installation works includes at each location:

− assembly of supporting structures for PV modules

− installation of PV modules on supporting structures

− arrangement of wiring on the DC and AC side of the installation

– modernization of the existing electrical switchgear in terms of its retrofitting with the equipment necessary to connect the PV micro-installation

– modernization of the existing electrical switchgear to technical regulations on the part of the User – if necessary.

− installation of PV inverter

− installation of lightning protection system or appropriate SPD devices and equalization connections

− installation of electrical apparatus and protection devices

− installation tests and checking the proper operation of the system

− system commissioning and adjustments

– training of Users/Users.

The subject of the contract is delivery and assembly along with the design of the installation of solar collectors. The system will include solar collectors, a water heater with a system ensuring the continuity of the installation and the necessary fittings.

The scope of installation works includes:

– Dismantling and utilization of the existing hot water storage tank (utilization on the part of the Contractor – it is allowed to be disposed of by the user at the Investor's request)

− installation of mounting elements for collectors,

− installation of collectors on the structure,

− piping

− installation of the heater

− assembly of the necessary fittings and automation

− installation of a hot water charging pump from the primary source (if necessary on the user's side)

− installation of a hot water circulation pump (if necessary on the user's side)

− connection to the existing installation of domestic hot water preparation and cold water supply

− connection to the existing power supply system from an external/existing source

− connecting the installation to the existing electrical installation,

− adaptation of the existing electrical installation (on the user side)

− supplying the required utilities to the room, including heating installation, domestic hot water, cold water, and electrical installation (on the user's side)

– connection to the existing lightning protection system – on the Contractor's side, (adaptation or execution of a new installation on the user's side)

− installation tests and checking the proper operation of the apparatus,

− system start-up and adjustments,

– training of Users/Users.

The subject of the contract is the modernization of the existing boiler room in a residential building. The scope of work includes delivery and assembly along with the design of a pellet boiler and - in selected locations - delivery and installation of a capacitive hot water heater.

The scope of installation works includes:

– dismantling of the existing boiler and hopper (utilization on the part of the Contractor – it is allowed to be disposed of by the user at the Investor's request)

− installation of a new boiler with fuel tank

− installation of a capacitive hot water heater (if applicable)

− installation of a hot water charging pump (possibly a 3-way valve) (if applicable)

− installation of a hot water circulation pump (if necessary on the user's side)

− assembly of the necessary fittings and automation, including security

− installation of a system protecting against the return of too low temperature to the boiler

− modernization of the system to a closed/open system (if necessary on the user side)

− installation of heat buffer (if required)

− connection to the existing heating system

– installation of a heating circulation pump – responsible for the flow in the heating system (if necessary on the user's side)

− connection to the existing installation of domestic hot water preparation and cold water supply

– connecting the combustion system to the existing lightning protection system of the chimney – on the Contractor's side (adaptation or execution of a new installation on the user's side)

− adaptation of the existing ventilation system of the room (on the user's side)

− adaptation of the boiler room to the requirements of applicable regulations (on the user's side)

− adaptation of the existing electrical installation (on the user side)

− supplying the required utilities to the boiler room, including heating installation, domestic hot water, cold water and electrical installation (on the user's side)

– connecting the combustion system to the existing lightning protection system of the chimney – on the user's side, (adaptation or execution of a new installation on the user's side)

− installation tests and checking the proper operation of the apparatus,

− system start-up and adjustments,

– training of Users/Users.
