Since 2011, the model projects of the BMI's Efficiency House Initiative have been supported and evaluated by an accompanying scientific program. The aim of the research results is to promote the market launch of the new building generation, which uses renewable energies in the annual balance sheet to generate more energy than it consumes. The scientific support includes network work, the comprehensive evaluation of projects in the support programs, the maintenance and expansion of databases, advice on support programs (Efficiency House Plus) and information on and participation in national and European developments in the area of plus energy buildings.
The accompanying research is intended to examine and multiply general statements about the load-bearing capacity of the various building concepts selected for the Efficiency House Plus Standard. We are looking for a technically competent partner who is experienced in this field of research to provide appropriate and timely research support.
