The framework agreement includes the delivery of legal services within many areas as described in Part 2.
The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for legal assistance.
The value of the procurement is anticipated to be 1 000 000 NOK 4 000 000 NOK per year. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.
The contracting authority retains the right, without exception, to go beyond the framework agreement if it is necessary due to capacity and expertise. Likewise, if any problems arise related to conflict of interest, etc., cf. point 2.2 in the needs description.
The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with 1-3 tenderers within each area cf. point 1.1.4.

Lots/areas
Tenders can be submitted for one or more areas. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within the individual areas, nor alternative tenders.
Area division:
— official legal areas,
— the labour law area,
— private legal areas.
The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.
