Nordre Follo Municipality will be established on 1.1.2020 from the merger of Ski and Oppegård Municipalities. The new municipality will have a total of approx. 58 300 inhabitants and approx. 4 700 employees. This procurement is being made by Oppegård Municipality on behalf of Nordre Follo Municipality. The framework agreement will be transferred to the new municipality/legal entity.

The objective of the tender competition is to enter into a framework agreement for fruits and vegetables to Nordre Follo municipality.

Nordre-Follo shall enter into a framework agreement for fruits and vegetables.

The framework agreement must cover deliveries of fruits and vegetables for numerous municipal units at different locations, including production kitchens, nursing homes, residential and activity centres, municipal operated canteens, schools and nurseries. There can be more/fewer user locations in the contract period.

Based on historical data, the estimated value is between 2 200 000 NOK and 3 200 000 NOK per annum. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding. The procurement volume can differ from year to year and the figures are an estimate of the framework agreement. The stated figures are not representing any obligations in relation to procurement. It will be the contracting authority's actual need that will always determine the amount of call-offs in the contract period.

The requested start date is ASAP in 2020.
