The subject of the advertisement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the placement of job advertisements in electronic media as well as in print media.

The agreement is concluded for the period from 01.10.2023-30.09.2025. The contract starts on 01.10.2023.

The client is entitled to extend the framework agreement by means of a declaration in text form (§ 126b BGB) to the contractor three months before the expiry of 48 months, twice for one year each.

A binding forecast of the number and scope of advertisements to be placed under the framework agreement cannot be given by the client. The past two years can be a benchmark for the scope of orders.
